Terms of service
These terms are not yet legally binding. No legal entity has been registered for this business. The operator must supply an entity name, address, and jurisdiction before these terms bind any party. Until then, the tool is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind.
Use of the service
Headicons is a diagnostic tool that checks which site icons are served by a given URL. You may use it to check any URL you have the right to probe.
You agree not to use the service to:
- — Probe URLs you do not own or have explicit permission to test.
- — Use the service in a manner that exceeds reasonable request volume or disrupts the service.
- — Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
No accounts
The service does not create or maintain user accounts. No data you submit is stored server-side. Results are ephemeral and cannot be retrieved after you leave the page.
Billing
Current status: no billing. Headicons is currently free to use. No payment infrastructure is connected. No billing information is collected or stored.
Pro subscription (planned). When a paid Pro tier becomes available, it will be offered as a monthly subscription. The price will be clearly stated on the pricing page before any charge is made.
Billing period. Pro subscriptions (when available) will be billed monthly in advance, starting on the day of sign-up.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, the subscription will enter a grace period. The card on file will be retried automatically up to three times over several days. If all retries fail, access to Pro features will be suspended until the payment succeeds.
Refund policy. Because no charges are currently being collected, no refund policy is needed at this time. When Pro billing begins, a clear refund policy will be published here before any customer is charged.
Price changes. The price of any paid tier may be changed with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Intellectual property
The Headicons name, logo mark [?], and site design are the intellectual
property of the operator. The tool itself is provided for use but not licensed for
reproduction or redistribution.
Limitation of liability
The tool is provided "as is" without warranty. The results are informational only and should be verified independently. The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of or reliance on the tool.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
No jurisdiction has been specified because no legal entity has been registered yet. Once the operator supplies an entity name and jurisdiction, this section will be updated.
